Meeting Location:
The University of Wisconsin is the host and all on-campus meetings will take place in ROOM 313 at the Pyle Center. The Workshop will be held in a room TBD. Lunch (on Day 2 only) will be provided. Signs will direct participants to the proper locations.

The Pyle Center is located one block north of Madison's State Street, on the corner of Langdon Street and Lake Street. [It is next to the Red Gym and just east of the UW Memorial Union.] The address is: The Pyle Center

Reservations Method: Reservations can be made on-line or by telephone. The reservations telephone number is 1-800-356-8293. Attendees wishing to make their reservation on-line can do so at the following link www.concoursehotel.com. Select Reserve a Room, followed by the Group Reservation option at the bottom of the page. Please enter our group code JTECH in the Attendee Code field, to receive the discounted rates. If you wish to make a reservation outside of the block dates (shoulder dates), please make your reservation by phone. Rates for these dates will be based on availability at the time of reservation and will not be at the group rates. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.

Block Rates:
Concourse Level: Single ($112.00); Double ($122.00); Triple ($132.00); Quad ($142.00)
Governor's Club Level: Single ($142.00); Double ($152.00).
Government Rates (see below for reservation instructions): Single $62.00; Double ($82.00)

Guest rooms are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-in unless written proof of exempt status is provided by guest at check-in. The current tax rate is 13.5%.

Government Rate: Attendees who qualify for the government rate should identify themselves as part of the Joint Techs Workshop-Government Rate. Please call the hotel directly to get this rate. Guests must show proof that they are a State of Wisconsin government employee at check-in.

Guarantee and Cancellation Policy: All reservations canceled by 4:00pm CST 24 hours prior to arrival and all 'no shows' will be charged one night room and tax.

Distance from Dane County Airport to Hotel: 5.72 miles, Drive time: 14 mins.

Transportation to and from the Airport - A Complimentary shuttle service to and from the Dane Country Airport is available to all hotel guests. Please use the courtesy phone in the baggage claim area at Dane County Airport to let us know that you have arrived. A shuttle pick-up area is located outside baggage claim. Please make reservations with our shuttle drivers for your return trip to the airport.
