Internet2 End-to-End Performance Initiative - Planning

An invited group of representatives from the Internet2
membership and other Internet2 partners gathered in Ann Arbor, Michigan to
further define and scope the success measures and deliverables for the
End-to-End Performance Initiative. All invited participants had been asked to
submit a short white paper in advance of the meeting that addressed their view
of the key aspects of the Initiative, success measures, and criteria for the
Call for Participation to be issued later in January. Links to these papers are
